Todayâs newsletter is a shameless plug for the awesome features weâve added over the last few months that weâre really excited about. The list was getting quite long, so we thought it was about time we talked about them! You may be using them already, but in case you missed anything, hereâs a recap.
Now, you can:
And thereâs more! Keep reading to find out how to start using all these new features to get the most out of your AirSuite sensor data.
Our hardware team have also been busy on our new Biochemical sensor add-on, which includes support for precise detection of specific gases, including Carbon Monoxide and Formaldehyde. Our early adopters will receive their first units in the coming months.
As always, weâre keen to hear what you think, and always looking for guidance to make sure weâre working on the most impactful things. You can reply to this email to send any feedback straight to me đ
Best regards,
Brad and the AirSuite team
The numbers donât lie: our office is a great place to work! đ Our near-perfect scores across the board put us in the top 12% of all the properties we monitor. Can you say the same about your workplace?
The new property management dashboard is your âcontrol roomâ view: for larger organisations who are managing sensors at dozens - or yes, even hundreds! - of locations, this is where you can see which properties need your attention.
We group your sensors into âpropertiesâ automatically based on their location, which are named with a street address by default. We recommend you edit those names to be more easily recognisable: names like âBradâs Houseâ or âWaikato Officeâ are good choices.
With filters, you can drill down into specific population segments, including the region or climate zone (currently available for New Zealand regions, expanding soon!), or sub-organisation.
School managers have extra information at their fingertips, granting the ability to filter by school type and equity index (EQI).
We also recommend using the date comparison tool to identify impacts from seasonal variation.
Please note that performance insights come with a âbetaâ tag for now: weâre still working on them, but we couldnât wait to share them with you!
At AirSuite, weâre accustomed to manually analysing and inferring all sorts of information when we generate reports for our customers, but our goal is to train the system to do the analysis automatically, so that users can be empowered directly with the insights.
In collaboration with the New Zealand Ministry of Education, weâve developed a number of algorithms to give you quick-access to high quality data analysis, including information such as the likely mould growth, ventilation performance, heating and cooling performance, insulation quality, natural light exposure, and the utilisation rate of the space.
You can now access these insights in three different places:
All users can now opt into receiving email notifications when sensors trigger alerts, with the following fine-grained control:
Some alert settings (such as which attributes generate alerts, and the thresholds) are controlled by organisation managers.
If you have ideas youâd like to see implemented, let us know! Weâre always keen to hear your feedback.
Best regards,
Brad and the AirSuite team
